What is a Gap Assessment?

Gap Assessments are not surveys; they are Snapshots of Perceptions. Essentially, a Gap Assessment is a series of statements (purposely not questions) that individuals respond Yes or No to, anonymously.

Gap Assessments are designed to help organizations clearly see where employees, managers, and the executive are not on the same page.

The more that all employees view situations the same way, whether positively or negatively, the more synergistic a company becomes, and the more capable it is of improving things.

Gap Assessments are constructed so organizations can quickly and effectively assess what everyone is seeing with regard to important areas and aspects of the organization. In other words, is everyone on the same page?
